   What is Pheedback.com?
   Pheedback's goal is to be the source for feedback and reputation for everything, including people, products and companies and more. Feedback and measurement is not curated or adjusted, providing the true reflection of how its users feel. Feedback can be negative, neutral or positive and can be left anonymously or transparent.

It is a place where you can build your own reputation, complain about customer service on a company, track a rock band's popularity, or even give an employer your real thoughts.


   Are anonymous postings really anonymous?
   Yes, if you make anonymous post, it is truly anonymous. We do not tie your personally identifiable information to a feedback that is made to be anonymous.


   How do I delete bad feedback on my profile?
   You must have claimed your profile and turned on "Bad Feedback Removal". For every bad feedback, you must have received 10 good feedbacks afterwards. Then the last bad comment is deleted. The bad feedback rating is kept however to ensure proper tracking on your profile and the site's integrity.


   How are Scores and Ratings calculated?
   Score is calculated by taking the total POINTS received from all ratings posted for the profile. Profile Rating is calculated by the total POINTS received divided by the total NUMBER of the ratings received by the profile.


   How do I increase my ranking and rating?
   The best way is to send your profile to your friends and colleagues and ask them for good feedback. You can also reply to those who have left a bad ranking and ask them what you can do to get them give you another rating that is good to balance out the bad one.


   Does Pheedback edit the rankings, ratings, or posts?
   Pheedback has the right to edit or delete posts and will only do so at severe discretion. We do not want to interfere with rankings, ratings, or feedback as it defeats the purpose of the site. We may remove feedback and comments that are threatening, hate speech or inflammatory comments at our discretion.


   How do I delete a profile?
   Profiles cannot be deleted unless there is a double profile or another circumstance that is not ordinary. To notify Pheedback of these circumstances, please contact us. Pheedback has the right to delete profiles, whether they are created by yourself or another person.
